Dwight Babcock
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Dwight Babcock joins IsoRay as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer after having served as a director of the company. Mr. Babcock has over 30 years experience as a CEO. Prior to coming to IsoRay Mr. Babcock has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Apex Data Systems, Inc., an information technology company, since 1975. Apex Data Systems automates the administration and claims adjudication needs of insurance companies both nationally and internationally. Mr. Babcock was formerly President and CEO of Babcock Insurance Corporation (BIC) from 1974 until 1985. BIC was a nationally recognized third party administrator operating within 35 states. Mr. Babcock has knowledge and experience in the equity arena and has participated in various activities within the venture capital, private and institutional capital markets. Mr. Babcock studied marketing and economics at the University of Arizona where he currently serves on the University of Arizona Astronomy Board.

Jonathan Hunt
Chief Finance Officer
Mr. Hunt joined IsoRay in 2006 and has more than 10 years of finance and accounting experience, including financial reporting, SEC knowledge and operational analysis. Prior to joining IsoRay, Mr. Hunt was with Hypercom Corp., a global provider of electronic payment systems. He has also held finance and accounting positions with Circle K Corp., ConocoPhillips, and PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP.
He is a Certified Public Accountant with a Master’s of Accountancy and B.S. degrees from Brigham Young University. |

Lori Woods
Chief Operations Officer
Ms. Woods joined IsoRay in 2006, bringing more than 20 years’ experience in medical device technology and healthcare services. From 2002 until she joined IsoRay, Ms. Woods was CEO of Seattle-based Pro-Qura, a nationally known medical services company focusing on brachytherapy quality assurance and education. She has also held Vice President level positions in sales, marketing and business with other leading medical technology companies and is a leader in the industry. Among her notable achievements is her role as a leading proponent of ensuring proper reimbursement practices for brachytherapy, through her work with the Coalition for the Advancement of Brachytherapy (CAB).

David Swanberg
Executive Vice President--Operations
Mr. Swanberg joined IsoRay in 1999 and served as assistant to the general manager during the company’s development phase. He now manages the development and production of IsoRay’s proprietary radioactive seeds used in brachytherapy--ensuring the seeds conform to NRC, FDA and ISO standards. Mr. Swanberg has more than 20 years experience in engineering, materials science, nuclear waste management, chemical processing and environmental compliance.
Mr. Swanberg is president of the Nuclear Medicine Research Council and holds an M.S. degree in chemical engineering from Montana State University. |

Fred Swindler
Vice President--Quality Assurance/Regulatory Affairs
Mr. Swindler joined IsoRay in 2006, bringing nearly four decades of experience in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. He worked extensively in the areas of FDA and ISO/MDD regulatory compliance, quality systems, offshore manufacturing, start-up and project management. He was most recently vice-president of QA/RA for Seattle-based Medisystems Corporation, a $100 million manufacturer and importer of dialysis disposables. He has held similar positions with Marquest Medical Products, Sherwood Medical Products, a division of American Home Products Corporation, and Mead Johnson & Company, a division of Bristol-Meyers Squibb.
Mr. Swindler has a B.S. in biomedical engineering from Rose Hulman Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from the University of Evansville. |

Lane Bray
Chief Chemist
With more than 40 years experience in the radiochemistry field, Mr. Bray was a founder of IsoRay and leads development of the company’s innovative processes.
Mr. Bray is recognized nationally and internationally as a technical expert in separations, recovery and purification of isotopes and is a noted authority in the use of cesium and strontium ion exchange. In 2000, Mr. Bray received the "Radiation Science and Technology" award from the American Nuclear Society and has authored or co-authored more than 110 research publications and 12 articles for 9 technical books. He holds 24 U.S. and foreign patents.
He holds a B.A. in chemistry from Lake Forest College. |

Oleg Egorov, Ph.D.
Director of Research and Development
Mr. Egorov is known and acknowledged nationally and internationally for his work in radiochemistry, radio-analytical chemistry, analytical chemistry and instrumentation. Prior to joining IsoRay in 2005, Mr. Egorov had worked as a senior research scientist at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. He led world-class basic and applied research and development programs directed at new chemistries and instrumentation for automated production of short-lived medical isotopes for the treatment of cancer, automated process monitoring, radionuclide sensors for groundwater monitoring, and laboratory automation. His extensive work in research and development has brought him numerous awards.
He holds a M.S. in radiochemistry from Moscow State University, Moscow, Russia; a M.S. in environmental and analytical chemistry and a Ph.D. in analytical chemistry from the University of Washington |

Eric Knipfer
National Sales Director
Mr. Knipfer joined IsoRay in 2006 with extensive background not only in brachytherapy but in radiation safety, product development and distribution, and the latest radiation therapy treatments for cancers, including LDR, SRS, SRT, IGRT, and IMRT. Prior to his arrival at IsoRay, Mr. Knipfer was the Brachytherapy Director for the Prostate Services of America, Amertek Medical, CR Bard and Elekta. During his time in the industry, Mr. Knipfer has played a pivotal role in the development and implementation of programs in over 127 medical establishments and participated in market leading product platforms for prostate brachytherapy. Mr. Knipfer formerly was a certified Radiation Safety Officer.
Mr. Knipfer holds B.S. in microbiology from the University Of Oklahoma and a Ph.D. from Windsor University.
